Chicken Sexually Assaulted in Oregon May 2017
May 1, 2017 Defendant, Joshua Woltman at the age of 27, was arrested for allegedly exposing himself while touching a chicken's genitals and for allegedly threatening a person with a sharp stick. Woltman was charged with violating O.R.S. §167.333 Sexual Assault of an Animal, 163.465 INDECENCY PUB M, and 166.025 DIS COND 2. Woltman was held in Jackson County Jail on $25,000 bail for the §167.333 charge, but was release on May 16, 2017.

Rescue of Willow the Minitature Horse in Jackson, Miss.
About 5 weeks ago, around March 5, 2017 Willow the Minitature horse was found in a concrete basement with a bucket of water. She was found with with both of her back legs tied to pillars in the basement, surgically altered so that she was unable to go to bathroom, sexually abused, starved, and neglected. The owner was found dead in the home and the owner's family members reported Willow's condition to the authorities. As of April 11, 2017 Williow is doing well and well be headed to her new home in Texas in a few weeks.
The Rescue of Baby Girl in Pensacola, Florida
**UPDATE AS OF APRIL 11, 2017
On January 9, 2017 Defendant, Bradley Jean Hubbard from Pensacola, Flordia was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a Pit Bull mix named Baby Girl for an alleged three year period. The Defandant was charged with a felony for animal cruelty under Flordia Statute §828.12(2) and a Misdemeanor for sexual activties involving animals under Flordia Statutes §828.126(2),(3).
The Defendant, Bradley Jean Hubbard, was allegedly living with his father and his father’s girlfriend during the entire length of the abuse Baby Girl endured.[1] A family member who lived with the Defendant during entire length of the abuse stated she witnessed the Defendant physically take Baby Girl, the victim, into his bedroom and engaged in sexual conduct an estimated one hundred (100) times. On December 28, 2016 the witness finally reported the Defendant’s conduct when he forcefully took Baby Girl from the witness to his room, locked the door and allegedly sexual assaulted Baby Girl.
Sometime after the incident was reported, Baby Girl was taken to a local vet where a rape kit was performed showing that Baby Girl’s genitals showed signs consistent with abuse. The Defendant was placed in Escambia County Jail’s with bail set at fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) and was appointed a public defender. As of January 12, 2017 the Defendant has posted bail and arraignment is set for February 2, 2017 at 8:30am in front of Judge Thomas Danhiesser.
As of April 11, 2017 the Defendant is set to appear in court on April 12, 2017 at 8:30am and discovery in the case has begun.
**UPDATE- APRIL 14, 2017
As of April 12, 2017 case will continue to trial and Jury selection will occur on April 24, 2017. Defendant needs to be in court on June 7, 2017 at 8:30am.

As of July 27, 2017 the case was granted a continuance on June 7, 2017 and his next court date is on August 2, 2017 at 8:30am.

Media Posting of Animal Sexual Assault in Mississippi
Feb 21, 2017, Tuesday Amy Nicole Graves, 43, was arrested for "unnatural intercourse" with a large mixed- breed dog. The case was brought to the authorities attention by Crime Stoppers when a video was posted online of the alleged act.
The police obtained a search warrant to her home in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and they subsequently arrested her for violating Miss. Code §97-29-59: "Every person who shall be convicted of the detestable and abominable crime against nature committed with mankind or with a beast, shall be punished by imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of not more than ten years."
The victim, the large mix-breed dog is in the care of a relative and Graves is being held in Lamar County Jail waiting for arraingment.
March 14, 2017 it was reported that Graves plead guilty to a misdameanor and sentenced to one (1) year suspended with credit for time served. Graves served twenty-one (21) days and is required to serve the rest of the sentence at mandatory court approved counseling.
The case was resolved this way due to the fact that Statute of Limitations, a set amount of time the case is allowed to brought to courts, was missed roughtly by one (1) month.
However, what is unknown is how long she is required to report to counseling, if the dog was given back to her, if any other animals in her care were taken from her. There is nothing in Mississippi law that prohibits an abuser from getting the animal back, from owning more animals, or required to have mandatory counseling.
Animal Sexual Pornography in England 2017
On Feburary 16, 2017, in North Tyneside, brough in England, Defandant, David Carey from Longbenton, plead guilty to a series of charges involved over 9,000 pictures and films involving 'extremely offensive' material. The Defendant plead guilty to 2 charges of distributing Additionally, included 73 photos and 91 films of Animal sexual assault. The Defendant, age 33, living with his mother, was aided and abetted by his mother an estimated 13 times between the years of 2012 to 2016. According to the Prosecutor on the case the police offender who investigated the case stated it was the worst he had ever seen.
The Defendant admitted to 6 offenses of creating indecent photos of children.
The Defendant's case has been adjourned until March 20, 2017 for a pre-sentence and evaluation by a psychiastrist, but the Defandant, who is currently out on bail, was ordered to register as a sex offender.
While most of this case focuses on the children, this case fails to address the photos and films involving animal sexual assault.
